Cost & Payment

The cost of the Gathering is $165 (half-price for pre-teen kids who come with their parents). This covers food and lodging as well as other expenses, and gives some help to the scholarship and travel fund.

Please send your payment as soon as possible, since we have expenses that we need to pay for before the gathering starts.

Scholarship Information

We encourage everyone to pay as much as they can, because the Gathering has limited funds. However, we don’t want lack of funds be an obstacle to anyone attending.

If you are affiliated with a monthly meeting, they may be able to help if you ask in advance. If not, the Gathering has some scholarship funds available.
